Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions are correct at time of publication.
The company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time -
such amendment to take effect as soon as published on the website.
1. Parties
The "Company" means Camelot Designs, trading as
Bathliftability.co.uk. (or Bathliftability.com.) The "customer" means the
person, company or other legal entity buying goods from the company. The
"goods" means the goods and products described on our website, and on our
invoice or receipt.
2. Prices
Goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages on the
date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication.
Errors and omissions are excepted. The company reserves the right to amend
prices at any time. The company aims to offer the latest range of bathlifts
and other bathroom mobility aids at consistently low prices.

4. Specification
Every effort is made to ensure our website descriptions and
illustrations are clear and accurate. All colours and sizes are approximate.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and printing
processes allow. Due to our policy of continual improvement some products may
vary from those described. The company reserves the right to amend the
specification, construction and/or design without prior notice.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by most major Credit and Debit Cards - see
checkout for details, at point of order, by our safe and secure internet link
or by telephone.
Alternatively payment can be made by cheque made payable to
Camelot Designs and sent to : Camelot
Designs, Camelot House, Churchthorpe, Fulstow, Louth, Lincs. LN11 0XL.
All cheque payments must be cleared prior to goods
being despatched - allow 7 to 10 days.
6. VAT
All prices shown exclude VAT
VAT will be added to the total price at checkout but
see separate page with regard to exemptions.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The majority of our products come with a full manufacturers'
warranty which is a minimum of 12 months and up to 5 years on some bathlifts.
The guarantee is against faulty manufacture or materials. If any problems are
experienced with the product please contact the manufacturer directly or
alternatively email us at sales@bathliftability.co.uk. This warranty does not
cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries and punctures on inflatables.
Please note that if you are a non UK mainland customer you will remain liable for the actual
carriage and administration costs incurred by Bathliftability.co.uk for both
the issue and return of the goods for any guarantee claims.
8. Customer Care
We may from time to time monitor and record customer communications.
This is for internal training purposes only and the confidentiality of our
customers and their transactions will be fully protected at all times.
