3. Delivery and Returns Policy

a.)Delivery within the UK Mainland :

We often achieve next day delivery but in any event, whenever
possible, orders will be despatched at the latest within 7 working days
(dependant on stock availability).

Orders with a total value of £200 or less are subject to a £3.99
standard delivery charge.

Delivery is Free on
orders with a total value of more than £200.

Please note : subject to stocks, you may receive your order in separate
deliveries.

If your goods have not arrived or you have not heard from us within 14
days, please contact us either by telephone 0787 928 5577 or fill in the
enquiry form on our website quoting your order reference number and we will
get back to you as soon as possible.

b.) Delivery outside of the UK Mainland :

For a quotation for delivery please contact us either by telephone
0787 928 5577 or fill in the enquiry form on our website quoting your order
reference number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

c.)Claims :

As part of the conditions of sale customers are required to inspect
all goods on receipt and are to annotate the Courier's documentation with
details of damage to either the packaging or the goods themselves.Where this
is not done, and the Courier subsequently disputes liability, then Camelot
Designs trading as Bathliftability.co.uk will not be responsible for the costs
of repair or replacement. In all cases we must be notified within 3 days of
the customer's receipt of the goods if the goods are delivered short or
damaged. Outer packaging and damaged goods must be retained for inspection if

d.)Cancellations :

You must notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the
goods if you no longer want the goods and you want to return them.If we
receive this notification you will be issued with a full refund for the goods
within 30 days providing that the goods are unused, undamaged in any way and
in the original undamaged packaging.You will remain liable for the actual
carriage and administration costs incurred by Bathliftability.co.uk for both
the issue and return of the goods. Bathliftability .co.uk reserves the right
to charge for repair,replacement or repackaging of any products not returned
in their original condition.
In the case of any bath or shower product, they must be 'dry tested' with the
occupant clothed so that if for any reason the product is unsuitable, it can be
returned as a new resaleable item in its original packaging.

We will contact you to arrange collection of the goods after receipt of
your notification - goods should not be returned until we have notified you
of the collection arrangements.

e.) Returns from outside of the UK Mainland :

Please note that you will remain liable for the actual
carriage and administration costs incurred by Bathliftability.co.uk for both
the issue and return of the goods for any reason including cancellations and guarantee claims.
